Yes, there is parking on site as it is based at my house. I live in a quiet new build area with a double drive so plenty of room and confidentiality.
Will anyone know about my sessions?
No, your sessions are kept completely confidential and I will not speak about yourself or the work that we do together to anyone apart from my supervisor, who follows the same strict confidential rules as myself. Even then your name will not be provided or anything that could give your identity away.
If you want to tell people that you are attending counselling you have every right to do so. You will have the option of how we each react if we see each other in public, i.e we can speak or we can walk past each other completely so noone is aware of any possible link. This is your option.

No, the information that is collected will not be shared to your GP. The only time I will need to contact your GP was if I thought you needed urgent help or care and even then you will be made aware that I am contacting them.
Are the sessions confidential?
Yes, evertyhing that we speak about is kept completely confiential at all times. The only time this will not be the case is if I thought you or anyone else is at serious danger of harm. For example plans to hurt somebody else would need to be reported.
I also speak to a supervisor about how I am using my skills in our sessions, however your name will not be provided to keep autonomy and confidentiality.
